4G is a manufacturer of air filtration media.  4G’s media are used primarily in making pocket filters for general ventilation.

In January 2012, 4G was founded by Hunan Yunfang Filtration Tech. and Dutch Glass Works, B.V. 

Dr. J. Cai, who has been working in the filtration field for years, followed by a group of inexperienced youngsters, made pioneer triers for traditional fiberglass media.  A trail production started in June 2012.  In early 2013, 4G started mass production.

In June 2013, 4G introduced a new media KOPU.  These media include pre-filter layer of a synthetic on top of fiberglass.  With a strong per-filter layer, fiberglass is no longer fragile, i.e. operational friendly.

All technics and production lines were developed by 4G alone, though traditional fiberglass media were introduced 50 years ago by a US manufacturer.

Location

4G is located at Handan City, Hebei prov., China.  This is a historic town for more than 2000 years.  It is 420 km south Beijing, or two hours by a bullet train from Beijing.
